Roofing Yard Signs
A yard sign is the cheapest salesperson a roofing company can hire. Your crew spends two days on a roof while the whole street watches — a sign in that front yard turns the job itself into your best ad. Full-color 4mm coroplast, UV-printed for months in the sun, with a heavy-duty wire H-stake included with every sign. No quote form: pack pricing is published right here.

What the best roofing yard signs say
- Company name + phone number, huge. Readable from a moving car or it doesn't exist. Skip the website — nobody types a URL from the street, but everyone can remember a name to search later.
- One offer line, not five. "Free roof inspection," "Storm damage? We handle the insurance claim," or "$0 down financing" — pick whichever job you want more of and lead with it.
- Your license number. Homeowners in licensed states check. "ROC #123456 — Licensed • Bonded • Insured" closes the trust gap before the phone call.
- A QR code earns its spot when it goes to before/after photos or an instant-estimate form — not your homepage.
Where roofers plant them (and how many)
- One at every completed roof. Ask at the final walkthrough — most happy customers say yes to two weeks in the yard. A crew doing 3 roofs a week burns through 25 signs in two months.
- Storm response: when hail hits, the first company with 25 signs in the neighborhood owns that neighborhood. Keep a stack in every truck so canvassers can plant them the same day.
- During the job: a "New Roof In Progress" sign works the street for the full two days your crew is the show on the block.
- At $3 a sign past 50, the 100-pack is a storm season. The 10-pack is a test drive.

FAQ
How much do roofing yard signs cost?
With stakes included: a single 18″ × 24″ sign is $26.98 and a 10-pack runs $9.98/sign. The break is at 50 signs — from there, 12″ × 18″ and 18″ × 24″ hold at $3.00/sign single-sided and $3.50/sign double-sided at any quantity. The full grid is above — no quote form needed.
What size should a roofing yard sign be?
18″ × 24″ is the industry standard for front yards — big enough to read from the street, small enough that homeowners don't mind it. Use 24″ × 36″ at the job site itself or on busier roads.
Are the H-stakes really included?
Yes — every sign ships with a heavy-duty wire H-stake at the prices shown. Most sign shops sell stakes as an add-on; we don't.
Single-sided or double-sided?
Double-sided for yard placement — people pass a yard from both directions, and at volume the difference is fifty cents a sign. Single-sided is fine against a fence or wall.
How long do they last outside?
4mm coroplast with UV inks comfortably handles a season of sun, rain and sprinklers — ideal for the two-week yard placements and storm-season pushes these are made for. For signage that needs to survive years outdoors, ask us about aluminum.
Can you add my logo and license number?
Yes. Pick any design above, tell us your company name, phone, colors and license number, and we'll set it up and email a proof before printing. Or upload your own print-ready file.
