Lawn Care Yard Signs
Lawn care is a route business — and yard signs are route marketing. Every lawn you treat sits in front of twenty more just like it. A sign in that lawn works the whole street while your trailer is still on it. Full-color 4mm coroplast, UV-printed, heavy-duty wire H-stake included with every sign, and the pack pricing is published right here.

The 3-second rule
- A yard sign gets read at 30 mph. That's your company name, four or five words, and a phone number. If the sign needs a paragraph, it's a door hanger, not a sign.
- Price on the sign works in this trade. "Weekly mowing from $35" pre-qualifies callers — the people who dial already know the number and like it.
- A QR to an instant quote form beats a website line. Homeowners standing at the mailbox will scan "mowing quote in 60 seconds." Nobody types a URL.
- Treatment-posting signs are double-duty. If you apply fertilizer or weed control, many states require posting the lawn afterward anyway — our "Treatment In Progress / keep pets off" design does the compliance job with your name and number on it. Check your state's posting-sign rules for required wording and colors; we'll adjust the design to match.
Route math
- One sign per treated lawn, two weeks at a time, rotating through the route. A 50-stop route with a 50-pack in rotation keeps your name on every street you service, all season — at $3.00 a sign.
- Density wins: the cheapest customer to serve is next door to one you already have. Signs are how routes get dense.
- 12″ × 18″ is the workhorse here — cheap enough to run at volume, big enough for a name and a number. Save 18″ × 24″ for corner lots.

FAQ
How much do lawn care yard signs cost?
With stakes included: 12″ × 18″ route signs run $7.98/sign in 10-packs; the break is at 50 signs, where 12″ × 18″ and 18″ × 24″ hold at $3.00/sign single-sided and $3.50/sign double-sided at any quantity. Full grid above.
What size do lawn care companies use?
12″ × 18″ for route marketing at volume; 18″ × 24″ where you want more presence. Pesticide-posting placements are usually small — 12″ × 18″ covers it.
Can these double as pesticide application posting signs?
Yes — the "Treatment In Progress" design includes the keep-children-and-pets-off language and an application-date line. Posting rules vary by state (some specify wording, size or color), so check yours; we'll match the design to your state's requirements as part of free customization.
Are H-stakes included?
Yes — every sign ships with a heavy-duty wire H-stake at the published prices.
Single or double-sided?
Double-sided for lawns along through-streets — at 50+ the difference is fifty cents a sign. Single-sided is fine for cul-de-sac placements.
How long do they last outside?
4mm coroplast with UV inks handles a full season of sun and sprinklers — right for two-week rotations across a route. For permanent signage, ask us about aluminum.
Can you print my phone number and price?
Yes — any design above gets your name, colors, number and price point, with an emailed proof before printing. Or upload your own print-ready art.
