Landscaping Yard Signs
Your best work is invisible the day after the crew leaves — unless there's a sign in the yard. A landscaping yard sign turns every finished install into a neighbor-to-neighbor referral: "who made that yard look like that?" answered before anyone has to ask. Full-color 4mm coroplast, UV-printed, heavy-duty wire H-stake included with every sign, pack pricing published below.
Printed by PrintPro Marketing in Phoenix, Arizona — where we know a thing or two about yards that have to look good in 115° heat. Local pickup in the Valley, fast shipping nationwide.

What works on a landscaping yard sign
- Let the yard be the proof. The sign doesn't have to sell — the lawn behind it does. Name, one service line, phone. Done.
- A before/after QR code is the strongest play in this trade. "This yard was dirt 3 weeks ago — scan for the photos" stops people mid-walk. Point it at a photo gallery, not your homepage.
- Match the sign to the sale: xeriscape/drought-smart copy wins where water bills hurt; "Outdoor Living Spaces" attracts the fire-pit-and-pergola budget; "Maintained By" signs put your name on commercial frontage you service year-round.
- Seasonal swaps keep it fresh: at $3–3.50 a sign past 50, printing a spring set and a fall set costs less than one tank of diesel.
The install-day ritual
- Plant the sign as the crew packs up. The yard never looks better than day one — that's when neighbors ask questions. Ask the client for two weeks; most say yes on the spot.
- One sign per completed install + one at every maintained commercial property (with the owner's OK) keeps 15–30 signs working for a mid-size operation.
- Design-build jobs: leave a "transformation in progress" sign up during the build — a three-week install is a three-week ad.

FAQ
How much do landscaping yard signs cost?
With stakes included: one 18″ × 24″ is $26.98 and a 10-pack runs $9.98/sign. The break is at 50 signs — from there, 12″ × 18″ and 18″ × 24″ hold at $3.00/sign single-sided and $3.50/sign double-sided at any quantity. Full grid above — no quote form.
What size do landscapers usually order?
18″ × 24″ double-sided for front yards. 12″ × 18″ works for tighter HOA-conscious neighborhoods; 24″ × 36″ for commercial frontage you maintain.
Are the H-stakes included?
Yes — every sign ships with a heavy-duty wire H-stake at the published prices. No add-ons at checkout.
Will sprinklers and sun ruin them?
No — 4mm coroplast is waterproof and the UV-cured inks are made for outdoor sun. They comfortably handle a season outdoors, which is exactly the two-week-per-yard rotation these are built for.
Can I put a QR code on my sign?
Yes — send us the link (your photo gallery, review page or quote form) and we generate and print the code. It's part of the free customization.
What about HOA rules?
Most HOAs allow temporary contractor signs while work is underway and for a short period after — it's the same allowance real-estate signs use. The homeowner's OK is the main thing; keep placements to a couple of weeks and you'll rarely hear a word.
