Every design is free to customize — we swap in your company name, trades, colors, phone and license number and email a proof before anything prints. Or upload your own print-ready art.

What belongs on a contractor yard sign
- Company name + phone, dominant. Your sign gets a 3-second read from a moving car. Name, one trade line ("General Contractor" / "Kitchen & Bath Remodels"), phone — that's the whole job.
- License number, always. "ROC #123456" (or your state's equivalent) is the single highest-trust line a contractor can print. Serious homeowners verify it — make it easy.
- Put it at the client's house, not just yours. A finished remodel with your sign out front is a neighbor-to-neighbor referral running 24/7. Ask at the final walkthrough; most happy clients say yes.
- Hiring is a sign use too. The trades shortage means your best recruiting audience drives past your job sites every day.
How contractors run signs (the math)
- One per active job + two weeks after completion. A GC with 6 active projects and a trailing tail of finished ones keeps 15–25 signs deployed at all times.
- They come back. Coroplast signs are reusable across job sites — pull the stake, throw it in the truck, plant it at the next one. A 50-pack is a rotating fleet, not a one-time spend.
- One new kitchen remodel pays for a decade of signs. At $175 for 50 double-sided signs, the sign program only has to produce one call a year to be the best marketing line item you have.

FAQ
How much do contractor yard signs cost?
With stakes included: one 18″ × 24″ sign is $26.98 and a 10-pack runs $9.98/sign. The break is at 50 signs — from there, 12″ × 18″ and 18″ × 24″ hold at $3.00/sign single-sided and $3.50/sign double-sided at any quantity. Full grid above — no quote form.
Can I reuse the signs at different job sites?
Yes — that's the point of coroplast. Pull the stake, stack them in the truck, redeploy. Most contractors rotate the same signs across jobs all season.
Are the H-stakes included?
Yes, every sign ships with a heavy-duty wire H-stake at the published price. For dirt-lot sites with hard ground, grommets let you zip-tie to temp fencing instead — just ask.
What size works best?
18″ × 24″ in front yards. Go 24″ × 36″ for commercial job sites and corner lots where traffic moves faster.
Single or double-sided?
Double-sided in yards and along streets (traffic comes both ways) — at volume the difference is fifty cents a sign. Single-sided when zip-tied to fencing.
How long do they last?
4mm coroplast with UV inks handles a season of weather easily — right for job-site rotations. If you need permanent signage, ask us about aluminum.
Can you match my brand?
Yes. Pick a design, send your logo, colors, phone and license number — we set it up and email a proof before printing. Or upload print-ready art.
